When you’re starting your journey toward losing fat thighs and losing weight in general, exercise is unfortunately something you gotta’ do…
On the bright side, exercise doesn’t have to be heavy going to be effective. In fact, a lot of people who regularly go to the gym and slave away rarely see any results from their hard work. The question on everyone’s lips is “why!?”
Well, the simple answer is that they’re just doing way too much of the wrong thing, or they’re not doing their exercises properly. All it takes is a better understanding of how the body works and how the exercises are going to help you to properly benefit from your workouts and see that visible fat loss.
When You Haven’t The Time To Go To The Gym
Now, I know a lot of people reading this, both girls and guys, might be thinking that they just don’t have the time to go to the gym. When you’ve got a demanding job, a hectic family to look after or a few too many social occasions to attend, there just doesn’t seem to be any time left in the day to take the drive down and spend an hour or two working out.
To make matters worse, you’ll be feeling completely drained after your day’s work, so the last thing you’ll want is to think about doing any more! But when you’re looking to get that perfect beach body by losing fat thighs, bellies and arms, how can you make the gym seem like less of a looming chore?
For me, I needed to incorporate the gym into my routine so that I was going every day after work at the same time without fail. In this way, I wasn’t coming up with excuses like “I’ll go after dinner“, or “I’ll just check my emails first“. The problem was, I never did “go afterwards“. I would just end up procrastinating, relaxing and, admittedly, eating!
At this point I decided that it was time for a change. The fact was, I did have the time to go to the gym, I was just telling myself I didn’t! Just think about it, how many hours of your day do you spend just doing “nothing”? Browsing Facebook, checking your emails and watching YouTube videos all add up to at least 2 or 3 hours of your time wasted each day, or at least that’s what I found. So I figured, why should this time be spent doing such unproductive activities when I could be losing fat thighs and my chubby belly?
You’ve got to think long term when it comes to working out. Sure, it may seem like an effort to keep trudging back and forth from the gym, but so long as you follow a good exercise routine (which I will cover shortly!) you’ll be seeing the visible changes in your body in no time at all. In fact, this visible slimming is what gave me the motivation to go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week, making it far more enjoyable.
Vain as it may be, after a few months of my new exercise and diet regime, I was genuinely smiling back at myself in those gym mirrors. Actually, I wouldn’t say it’s vanity. I see it as being proud of yourself for committing to something worthwhile and enjoying the benefits at the other end.
But how did I get started toward my goal of losing fat thighs?
Well, my interest led me to an exercise program called The Spark. Now, I’d read my fair share of internet sources and bought a few books on different exercise routines and styles, but it took this book to really open my eyes to the types of exercise that would genuinely help me lose weight.
You see, I had it in my mind that so long as I spent a half hour on the treadmill jogging away and maybe went for a swim afterward I’d lose weight in no time. Essentially, I figured that cardio was the only way to lose weight really, but it really wasn’t! In fact, the cardio I had been doing was probably the least effective method of exercise you could possibly do!
The Spark explained that, regardless of whether you’re male or female, the best method of losing fat thighs and dropping excess fat was by incorporating a whole number of unusual exercises into your routine. The truth is, I hadn’t even heard of a lot of the exercises in this guide!
However, The Spark not only provided me with a detailed explanation as to what the exercise would do for me, but also told me how exactly to carry out the exercise properly and gave me an example of how to put it into my routine. This meant that instead of trudging down to the gym to do the same old exercises day, day out, I was able to spice up my workouts with variety that I was really excited to try out.
Now, as you can probably tell from how excited I am, this workout guide gave me exactly the results I’d been hoping for, with my thighs now looking athletic and slender and that beer belly flattened to washboard status! In fact, I was losing fat thighs from just a few weeks in thanks to The Spark combined with the excellent dieting regime I acquired from The Diet Solution (which I look at in greater detail on the diet page).
So if one of your biggest complaints about exercising is how boring it can be and you’re looking for a more exciting way to burn fat with the most effective exercises, check out The Spark on Amazon and find out if this is the exercise regime that will actually work for you.
